We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team!
Summary of Responsibilities:

- Contribute to building Great Machines by meeting or exceeding customer expectations, improving organizational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
- Provide in-house and field service / support of; installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, evaluation, and testing of SizTech machines/equipment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Ability to travel domestic and occasionally international
- Read and interpret engineering detail drawings
- Test machines while in-house, including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic
- Install, start-up, maintain, evaluate, repair and test SizTech machines and equipment in the field
- Perform operational tests, make final adjustments and verify machines are produced within tolerance and contractual specifications
- Create and provide service reports and related documentation to SizTech Management
- Ability to assemble using hand tools
- Train SizTech customers in machine/equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance inspections
- Troubleshoot customer’s request (via phone and on-site) concerning machinery/equipment operation and recommend solutions.
- Make efficiency/optimization recommendations as to SizTech equipment and processes
- Read, understand, and apply documents such as: safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, diagrams and procedure manuals
- Assist in shipping/receiving parts and machines.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
- Ability to move parts and equipment
- Other duties assigned by Management
Required Skills:
- Strong ability to read prints and electrical schematics
- Strong knowledge of industrial automated machine installation
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic controls and mechanical systems
- Proficient with industrial electrical controls, drives and PLC logic
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient with hand tools
- Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
- Accurate installation, start-up, service visit; first time right
- Proficient in forklift operation
- Strong ability to rig with use of cranes
- Intermediate user level proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Office, smart-phone/pad, and ERP system
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 year technical degree or equivalent, 4 year engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 year experience as an industrial equipment field service technician / engineer
- Experienced forklift driver (certification preferred)
- Experienced crane and rigging (certification preferred)
